BUILDING HISTORY

The year 1956 was an extremely important time in the history of 170 years of history Cegielski factory. Then began the production of two-stroke marine engines under license from Sulzer Brothers Ltd. (now Wӓrtsilӓ). Starting diesel factory, medium speed engines to power generating sets, locomotives and ships was a small celebration for the entire plant. After production of locomotives and closing chapter of the steam engine in the H.CEGIELSKI-POZNAŃ SA opened new pages of history of the company, in the form of diesel-powered engines. In 1956, Poland began the struggle for freedom, recovered in 1989.

1930

CONQUEST OF WORLD MARKET

Time mid-twentieth century was a period of extensive production train, and technologically advanced machines used in the industry. Betting Cegielski before the Second World War, already in 1934 launched the production of internal combustion cars known as "torpedo-Lux". Railroad cars produced in the factory to the 60s. Housed in several halls of the factory was a huge production capacity, allowing for the implementation of state procurement. Produced wagons and locomotives were exported to many countries of the world.

In the years 1930 - 1940 in the Cegielski factory developed the production of boiler equipment and refrigerating machines delivered to the slaughterhouse, dairy, exhibition halls, restaurants, hospitals and breweries. Simultaneously developed impressive was the production of iron, hangars, radio towers and gas tanks. Betting Cegielski due to their products conquered world markets

1913

LOCOMOTIVES AND AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY

The twentieth century is the development of the factory. Extension of factories and launch another assembly hall, which is one of the few used the electric current allowed to offer customers the then agricultural machinery, boilers and Traction engine dedicated to the food industry. Cegielski workers and engineers already had extensive experience in the production of this type of device (the first Traction engine were produced in the factory in the last half of the nineteenth century). Flowed to the factory government procurement, production profile was changed so the train cars, sanitary, field kitchens and production in the form of a special production of shells to grenades and artillery shells. In Cegielski factories produced on a large scale railway wagons. Design office has developed projects of boiler equipment, chemical equipment, sugar and cooling, and of iron and castings.
